PRIVATE PARTY INFORMATION
Thank you for your interest in having your private party or banquet at Cross Creek Cafe.
In addition to gracious and elegant service, Cross Creek Cafe provides culinary excellence to enhance your special event. The following information regarding procedures will help answer questions as we work together to plan your function.
DEPOSITS
Cross Creek Café requires a 50% deposit for small functions or a $500 minimum for large functions to confirm the date and time of your event. Deposits are nonrefundable less than 90 days prior to the party; however, you may apply the nonrefundable deposit to another date instead of canceling the party.
PRICES
An 18% service charge is added to all food and beverage items in addition to the 8% sales tax.
GUARANTEES
Please guarantee the number of guests at least 72 hours before the function so that the chef can prepare food accordingly. If no guarantee is made, the anticipated or actual attendance will be charged, whichever is higher.
PAYMENTS
Payments may be made by check, cash, Visa, MasterCard, American Express or Discover. The invoice for the final payment, minus any Open Bar charges, is due twenty-four (24) hours before the party. Any open charges will be presented at the conclusion of the function and is due at that time.
AMENITIES
At your request, many additional services amenities are available at an additional charge. These services include but are not limited to floral arrangements, music and entertainment, special cakes, chair covers and decorations. Use of amenities not procured through Cross Creek Café (entertainment, wedding cake, etc.) is subject to a surcharge. Customers may provide flowers and decorations for an event with no penalty. Linens are included in the cost of food.
