ROOM RENTAL

Cross Creek Café charges a rental fee for youth parties in the amount of $250.00 for parties with less than 50 guests and $500.00 for parties less than 100 guests. We are not equipped to handle youth parties of more than 100.

FOOD AND BEVERAGE

​The minimum dollar amount for a party’s food and beverage charges is $500.00. We add 20% service charge and 8.9% sales tax to all food and beverage charges.

DEPOSITS AND PAYMENTS

Cross Creek Café requires a 50% nonrefundable deposit to confirm the date and time of your party. Although deposits are nonrefundable, they may be applied to another date.Payments may be made by check, cash, Visa, MasterCard, American Express or Discover. An invoice for the final payment will be submitted prior to the party and is payable in full at the conclusion of the party.

AMENITIES AND OTHER FEES

​Cross Creek Café charges a $250.00 cleaning fee for all youth parties. Additionally, the agreement signer is responsible for all damages to the facility either intentionally or unintentionally made by guests during the party. A $100.00 entertainment surcharge is added to the invoice for a DJ or any live entertainment brought onto the property. You may bring your own birthday cake or other specialty cake and pay a $1.00 per guest cake plate fee.
